Platform Usage-
· The website, learning platform, and mobile application of Pemaji Academy are provided for educational purposes.
· All content, including course materials, study resources, images, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Pemaji Academy and its authorized partners. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
· Users are not permitted to reverse-engineer, translate, modify, or extract source code from any part of our application or platform.
· Students must maintain proper conduct while using the platform, participating in courses, and interacting with faculty or staff.
Third-Party Platforms & Applications –
· The Pemaji Academy mobile application is developed and provided through Hello Digital India (a third-party service provider).
· While Pemaji Academy manages and operates its educational content, the mobile app may rely on Hello Digital India’s technology and infrastructure. Users acknowledge that certain parts of the platform may be governed by additional terms & conditions of Hello Digital India.
· Pemaji Academy is not responsible for any third-party system errors, app failures, or limitations caused directly by external providers, but will coordinate with third-party partners to resolve issues affecting students.
Account & Data Security –
· Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
· Jailbreaking, rooting, or unauthorized modification of devices may compromise app functionality, system security, and student data integrity. Pemaji Academy does not take responsibility for app performance on rooted or modified devices.
· Pemaji Academy takes appropriate measures to protect student data. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Fees, Payments, and Services –
· Pemaji Academy offers paid courses, services, and subscriptions. Any charges will be clearly communicated to users before payment.
· Payments made through QR code, payment links, or online gateways are secured and processed through official channels.
· Pemaji Academy reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, or modify course content when necessary.
Modification of Terms –
· Pemaji Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on the official website and app.
Limitation of Liability –
· Pemaji Academy aims to provide accurate, up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of all content and resources at all times.
· Completion of any course does not guarantee employment or job placement. Students are responsible for applying learned skills effectively.
Governing Law –
· These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Madhya Pradesh.
