Refund Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pemaji Academy, we aim to provide quality education and professional services to every student. We encourage all students to carefully review course details, fees, and their personal circumstances before enrolling. However, we understand that in certain cases, refund requests may arise. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding fee refunds and cancellations.

 

General Policy –

·       Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

·       Admission cancellations after course enrollment are discouraged to maintain service commitments and resource planning.

Refund Eligibility –

·       Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

·       Duplicate payments made accidentally.

·       Course cancellation initiated by Pemaji Academy due to administrative or academic reasons.

·       Serious medical conditions or unavoidable personal emergencies (with valid documented proof, at the sole discretion of management).

Non-Refundable Situations –

·      No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

·      Change of mind or loss of interest after enrollment.

·      Failure to attend classes or utilize the course facilities.

·      Dismissal from the course due to violation of institute rules, misconduct, or irregular attendance.

·      Delay in course completion due to student's own non-participation.

Third-Party Platform/Franchise Fees –

·       If the student is enrolled through any authorized franchise or partner center, refunds will be governed by that center's internal policies in alignment with Pemaji Academy guidelines.

·       Payments made via third-party payment gateways (QR code, payment links, online portals) will be refunded (if eligible) to the original payment source after deduction of applicable transaction charges.

Refund Process –

·       Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to Pemaji Academy’s administration office within 7 days of payment or enrollment.

·       Management reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any refund.

·       Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 working days after verification.

Policy Modification –

·       Pemaji Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be available on our website and mobile application.
